Construction of a 23,000 Sqft First Class Club house for the Traditions Club that serves as the official course for the Texas A&M University Golf Team. Scope of work included HVAC, Plumbing, and Site Utilities systems. The HVAC system utilizes geothermal water source heat pump technology for an energy efficient/sustainable building. The facility also contains a full scale commercial kitchen and dining area for the in-house chef.
